The Declutter

When you start packing its wise to maybe do a declutter as well either before you start packing or at least while you are packing so if clothes have not been worn for at least a year they can be taken to a charity shop or on the car boot pile , if there's is an item gathering dust or you find your tripping over every single morning when legging it for the loo then it needs to go, and remember you can make money on your unwanted items to go towards the moving cost.

Start Packing

Start packing for the move even if the date is not set and start with the spare room or a cupboard that isn't used very often this will save precious time later on, also don't forget the loft there may be some empty boxes in there from the last move you can make use of. Once the spare room is packed then that room can be used as storage where all the full boxes can be stored.
